Avocado - kale smoothie bowl

Breakfast is obviously, if you look at my Instagram account, my favourite meal of the day. I like using fruit to brighten up my food. Because I almost always add berries to create a nice pink breakfast bowl, I used something different this time. I made a green smoothie bowl with avocado and kale!

INGREDIENTS (1 smoothie bowl)

- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- a handful of kale leaves
- 125ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- a handful of raspberries
- sunflower seeds
- coconut powder


Blend avocado, 1/2 of the banana, kale, coconut milk and honey. Use the other 1/2 banana, kiwi, raspberries, sunflower seeds and coconut powder as topping. Enjoy!
