Roasted oats with raspberry smoothie

This recipe is super easy and quick! Perfect for when you don't have much time in the morning but still want something healthy and tasty.

INGREDIENTS (for 1 person)
- 50gr oats
- 1 tbsp coconut powder
- 50 gr raspberries (I use frozen raspberries)
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- some fruit to top it off (I choose kiwi)

Blend the raspberries and the yoghurt together until you get a smoothie. Roast the oats and the coconut powder in a pan (without oil or butter) on medium heat until they're golden brown. Stir regurarly. 

Pour the smoothie into a bowl, add the fruit and the roasted oats. Enjoy!
