Chia oat porridge

Time for some chia oat deliciousness! This recipe is perfect for when you don't have a lot of time in the morning. If you prepare it the night before, all you have to do is take it out of the refrigerator.

INGREDIENTS (1 person)
- 45gr oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- pinch of cinnamon
- 150ml plantbased milk
- fruit and nuts for topping (I used mango, strawberries, kiwi, chopped almonds and peanut butter)

Put the oats, chia seeds, milk and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix and put in the refrigerator.

If it's too thick when you take it out the next morning, add some more milk. Add your toppings and done!

Ps: if you're craving some chia oat porridge in the morning and you didn't prepare any the night before, don't worry ;) Refrigerating it for 20 minutes will be enough to get the porridge base.
